Hello, this is Rick Ridings coming to you from Jerusalem. We’re so glad to be back home after a tremendous time of ministry in the Pacific, in Indonesia, and in Papua. But we’re coming home to very rapidly changing events here, and so I wanted to give a quick update.

This is July 8th, day 641 of the Hamas war. We thank the Lord for the amazing fact that it seems the ceasefire is holding with Iran.

What I want to share is what I feel the Lord has revealed to us, I believe by the Holy Spirit, that tremendous, important decisions are being taken right now by Prime Minister Netanyahu and his team, and Trump and his team in Washington, D.C.

These are huge decisions that they are facing.

The Nathan Anointing

What God gave to us very strongly, I believe, as we’ve prayed about it, is to pray the Nathan anointing upon Ambassador Mike Huckabee.

He’s a believer who loves the Lord. He’s been to Sucatt Hallel. We’ve ministered together before. He seeks the Lord.

Ambassador Huckabee had a word that he received and shared with President Trump, and President Trump then shared it on social media.

It seems to have been the determining factor between all the people pulling in different directions for President Trump to say yes, we will support Israel to take out the Fordow nuclear facility in Iran, to at least severely set back Iran’s nuclear program.

As they were almost at the point of getting a weapon that they could have used for their stated goal of destroying Israel, we thank God as he’s watched over us.

But I believe God wants to use Mike Huckabee again.

We had felt this already and then found out that he was actually invited to go on the official plane from Israel with Prime Minister Netanyahu to Washington. That gave them lots of time to be together. We saw the photos of the dinner with President Trump, where Mike Huckabee was at the table.

I believe God wants to use him as a Nathan.

1 Kings Chapter 1: Nathan Exposes Adonijah

If you look up First Kings chapter 1, you’ll find that Nathan was the one who exposed Adonijah, an usurper who was going to steal the throne that belonged, by God’s word, to Solomon.

Adonijah was proclaiming himself as king. He had already gotten several rebels with him, the traitors that were with him, and they were actually beginning to celebrate and crown him as king.

Nathan joined forces with Bathsheba, went to King David, exposed the whole thing, and urged David to act quickly, which David did.

David said, “Take my mule, take him down to the Gihon Springs,” which is right there in the City of David, where we have a prayer room, “and anoint Solomon as the rightful king.”

Thus, Nathan’s prophetic input helped save Israel from a usurper king.

Mike Huckabee as a Type of Nathan

I believe God wants to use Ambassador Mike Huckabee to help in the new Middle East that is coming forth, to expose anything that is not of God, that is counterfeit, that is the enemy’s way of working, that is a false highway rather than the true highway of the Lord.

Anything of the usurper spirit that would try to hinder the true kingdom of God coming forth in Israel, in Gaza, in Lebanon, in Yemen, in Iran, in Iraq, and all over the Middle East, we’re praying that the usurper will be exposed.

This Adonijah spirit will be bound and broken, and the ones that God has appointed will come into power in the new Middle East. There will be a shift that will open up the Middle East for a tremendous invasion of the kingdom of God, of people coming in and founding houses of prayer, and seeing a great, great harvest here in the Middle East.

Where we just were, in Indonesia, we presented a vision the Lord had given us many years ago of an Indonesian warrior with his feet planted in Jordan in the Middle East, but shooting arrows of revival into Saudi Arabia and Gaza.

Keep Praying

Pray that God will do the miracles that are needed to change the borders, uproot evil jihad groups. Major things need to happen yet, but major things have already happened.

Don’t give up now.

Let’s press in and believe the Lord for the border angels of God to be set forth, for his borders to be established, and his governments to be established to open the way for a great, great harvest here in the Middle East.
