Deposit
After an application is processed and approved, a deposit of $300 per participant is required to complete registration. This is not an additional cost, but is included as part of the overall price.
Note: The deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover ministry needs.
Information on how to make the deposit will be sent by email and is not required immediately.
NEW Special offer: Returning delegates and those who have previously completed registration are exempt from making the deposit of $300.
Payment
The remaining balance should be paid directly to our Israeli provider in 2 equal installments.
Price will vary depending on the type of delegation and dates selected.

In case of global crisis like pandemic or war where flights are cancelled and/or visiting isn't possible, a full refund from hotels is available.
