Deposit

After an application is processed and approved, a deposit of $329 per participant is required to complete registration. This is not an additional cost, but is included as part of the overall price.

Note: The deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover ministry needs. 

Information on how to make the deposit will be sent by email and is not required immediately.

NEW Special offer: Returning delegates and those who have previously completed registration are exempt from making the deposit of $329 allowing them to benefit from a 10% savings.

Payment

The remaining balance should be paid directly to our Israeli provider in 2 equal installments.

• Private taxis if arriving early or departing later
• Other expenses not listed above

*IMPORTANT: We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance in order to cover costs related to cancellation or other unforeseen events.

Regarding cancellations, below is an additional note from our Israeli provider - KingSons Israel Travel and Conferences LTD:

In case of global crisis like pandemic or war where flights are cancelled and/or visiting isn't possible, a full refund from hotels is available.

Day 2 (Tuesday) - Arrival in Israel (8:00am free airport pickup) / Rebuilding of Gaza Envelope Communities / House of Prayer in Tel Aviv or nearby / Check-in to Herod's Hotel Tel Aviv / Welcome dinner

Overnight in Tel Aviv

Day 3 (Wednesday) - Check-out Herod's Hotel / Choice of Nahal Memorial, Caesarea, Bet She'arim, Tzipori, Atlit, Nazareth, Mt. Carmel, Elijah's Mountain, Megiddo / Introduction to Northern communities / Check-in to Magdala Hotel

Overnight in Galilee

Day 4 (Thursday) - Mt. Hermon, Druz villages, Lebenese Border, Golan Heights / Galillee sites and local Moshav
