Hello. This is Rick Ridings coming to you again from Succat Hallel in Jerusalem with another prayer update as the war continues here in this region and in this land.

We thank God for your prayers. Yesterday, Patricia and I were at a mall when the siren went off for rockets and we went in with everybody quickly into a protected area there at the mall.

We thank you for your continued protection prayers for everyone here, especially for the believers who are part of ongoing operations right now in Gaza and the believers there in Gaza.

But I wanted to share with you today, because it’s October 31st, worldwide, this is a day where there seems to be a lot more witchcraft. In Western countries, it’s even celebrated as Halloween, which, of course, we should have nothing to do with to celebrate anything to do with witchcraft and witches and death and demonic.

But it’s a day where we need to pray the blood of Jesus, the blood of Yeshua over ourselves, over our families, over our ministries, but also in a special way today over the borders of Israel.

There’s a very specific scripture given in numbers 23, where the Lord sovereignly caused Balaam, who had been hired to curse Israel, and God sovereignly stopped him and put his words of blessing in Balaam’s mouth.

And I encourage you to take this scripture today and proclaim this over Israel and then over yourself, as grafted into Israel. It is from numbers 23:19-24:

God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man that He should change his mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill? I have received a command to bless. He has blessed, and I cannot change it. And then here is the blessing. No misfortune is seeded, Jacob. No misery observed in Israel. The Lord, their God, is with them. The shout of the King is among them. God brought them up out of Egypt. They have the strength of a wild ox.

Then He says:

There is no sorcery against Jacob and no divination against Israel.

What does He mean by that? There’s no sorcery, no divination.

Part of the Hebrew could be translated as evil omens, evil spells, curses. He said, None of it against Jacob or Israel.

Now, He’s not saying there will be none. He’s just saying it will not succeed. No weapon that is fashioned in witchcraft against Israel will prosper succeed. He says, “There is no sorcery against Jacob, no divination against Israel.”

It will now, I believe today, be said of Jacob and of Israel, “see what God has done”. We’re all praying that God will do something that everyone has to say, see what God has done.

He says, the people rise like a lioness. They rouse themselves like a lion that does not rest until he devours his prey.
