ELAV 2013 Information

ELAV 2013 will gather hundreds of Jewish, Arab & international young people together with both local and international worship teams and speakers to seek the heart of God through worship, prayer, teaching & fellowship. Join us for three days of encountering His presence as we give ourselves to Him!

All applicable registration fees will be received upon entrance to the conference.

All local participants under 18 must have both parents sign a consent form to attend the conference. Due to Israeli law those under 18 who do not present this upon arrival will not be allowed to attend. Please click HERE to download and print this form.

All local participants 16 and under must have adult oversight at the conference. Parents must sign a form stating the name of the responsible adult in order for their child to attend. Please click HERE to download and print this form.

All international attendees under the age of 18 must have both parents sign a consent form. Those under 18 who do not present this form will not be allowed to attend. Please click HERE to download and print this form.

Food

There will be a limited number of light sandwich meals, including a snack & bottle of water sold for lunch & dinner each day at the convention center. The cost will be 20 NIS each. There will also be a variety of food options available in the food court across the street at the Haifa mall.

This year, as opposed to previous years, we will be allowed to bring food & drink into the lobby area of the convention center from outside. So meals may be brought back to the lobby from the mall, or if it is helpful to bring something in a backpack from home, you may do that as well.

Lodging

If reservations are made in advance, there will be accommodations for local youth and young adults under age 30 on the grounds of Or HaCarmel.

The cost is 100 NIS and will be collected upon registration at the Haifa International Convention Center. Breakfast will be included each morning along with transportation to and from the convention center each day.

Please note that the accommodations will be in two large tents, one for men one for women & there will be portable showers & toilets available near the tents. Participants need to bring bedding, towels and toiletries. Camping mats will be provided.

In accordance with our oversight rules, any participant 18 or under staying on the campground must be accompanied by an authorized adult leader. There must be at least one leader per ten young people. If your group consists of both young men & women there must be a leader of each gender.

If you or your group would like us to reserve lodging please indicate this on the appropriate registration form. Our space is limited, so it will be on a first come first serve basis. Reservations for lodging must be made no later than August 1st. If you live within reasonable driving distance and can arrange to come & go each day it would be appreciated and helpful to others who live farther away.
